I never see a tree like this. Why is he looking so?

This is a cypress tree, which grows in the water. The photo was taken in Louisiana and the tree is covered in Spanish Moss, backlit by the sun. The moss is a pale green-grey color but the intense backlighting makes it look bright, almost glowing white.

I really love the cypress tree with all of the beautiful moss, I want to go back to Louisiana.
